USTA Speaker Series lineup for Delaware set
The 12th annual U.S. Trotting Association Speaker Series, presented by the Harness Racing FanZone, at the Delaware (Ohio) County Fair will be held on Wednesday and Thursday mornings before the Jugette (Sept. 19) and Little Brown Jug (Sept. 20), respectively.
Harness Racing FanZone introduces USTA Play of the Day
In conjunction with the U.S. Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program, the Harness Racing FanZone is introducing the “USTA Play of the Day,” which will be hosted by Social Media and Public Relations Coordinator Michael Carter and appear daily on the HRFZ website and social media platforms starting Tuesday (June 12).

Hoof Beats photo contest is open
Have some photos that capture your love for harness racing and Standardbreds? Enter them into the Hoof Beats photo contest. The contest, hosted on the Hoof Beats Facebook page and on www.harnessracing.com, will run from June 1 until Oct. 1. The winners will be determined by the most votes in each category.

$100,000 Grand Circuit Challenge announces 18-race schedule
The 2016 Grand Circuit Challenge, which will be hosted on www.harnessracing.com as part of the Harness Racing Social Media Initiative, will offer a $100,000 grand prize to any contestant who can successfully pick the winner in each of the contest’s 18 races.
College student to share initial harness racing experiences on HRFZ
The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association and the Harness Racing FanZone are teaming up with Cyrus Rahimi, a soon-to-be graduate of Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pa., to create a weekly Wednesday blog on www.harnessracing.com, along with video and photos of his initial experiences attending harness races and learning how to wager at The Meadows Racetrack and Casino starting on Monday (April 25).
